Extended Health Benefits Plans, Group Dental Plans and Group Life Insurance, developed through The Manitoba Teachers’ Society (MTS) and the Manitoba School Boards Association (MSBA).
Enrolment
Both plans are mandatory unless you are covered by a spousal plan.

Pre-retirement seminar
If you are 48 or older, MTS will invite you to a pre-retirement seminar. The letter includes the user ID you need to log in. Once logged in you will see the seminars available to you.
To discuss your pension with a Teachers’ Retirement Allowances Fund (TRAF) Member Service Specialist, you can book an appointment alongside certain pre-retirement seminars.
